How fast can you get on site?
Most quotes go out the same day. Actual scheduling depends on your location and the weather — tell us your timeline and we'll let you know what's realistic.
Do I need to be present during the flight?
Not necessarily. We just need safe access to the property and, if useful, a point of contact in case a question comes up on site.
Why do thermal flights happen after sunset?
Thermal roof and pavement scans are flown after the sun goes down, once the surface has shed the day's solar heat. That's what makes the data accurate — during the day, sun warmth on the surface can mask or mimic the temperature differences we're actually looking for.

We're based in Southeast Michigan and fly projects statewide. Send us the property location and we'll confirm availability.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes. Every flight is operated under FAA Part 107 certification with active liability insurance in place.
